My name is Michaela and I am a creator of Heeling by Michela, a project that is close to my heart.

It all started with a decision...

I realized that I wanted to share the joy of dance with others and take responsibility for my mission of helping dance to heal and nourish. Dance is a form of self-expression that fulfills me like nothing else. While I excelled in other sports like gymnastics, dance has always held a special place in my heart.

My relationship with dance.

For me, dance is about sharing, healing, connecting, and self-expression.

I teach dance with respect for the body, a focus on unleashing feminine energy, and helping to release suppressed emotions.

I work with clients both individually and in groups to give everyone the approach they need to succeed.

My development as a teacher.

In 2019, I had my first lesson where I acted as a teacher in a dance studio in Olomouc (Czech Republic). Since then, I have worked with over 1 thousand students and led fully-booked workshops and dance weekends. I am still learning and expanding my knowledge by going to the best teachers for education.

Education and experience.

I hold a degree in Physical Culture and have been trained in contemporary, show, and modern dance since the young age of seven. Since I turned 20, I have been passionate about high heels style and claims that it is my favorite style, where I can freely and authentically spread what I feel by my all heart.

In 2023, I showcased my choreography with my select group of dancers in a famous Czech-Slovak GOT TALENT, which was a beautiful success. I have also performed in music videos with Ewa Farna, Raego, Richard Nalepa, Valeria Polcova, theater productions, and prestigious shows such as Český Slavík 2022. I created a heels pre-show for an event in Prague for famous singer Omar Lay.

In 2024, I started teaching internationally to share my passion and message behind the movement with the world. I am more than gratefull for every single step in my journey and I cant wait to share my energy with dancers all over the world.
